Silverthorne, CO ...preserving the mountain experience The GreenWay Team authored an ambitious master plan for Parks, Trails and Open Space for  the mountain resort town of Silverthorne, Colorado.  The plan sets out to continue the vision of Silverthorne as a distinctive mountain community over the next decade, by creating a town defined by a pedestrian scale - a network of easily accessible trails. Preservation of scenic vistas, community gathering spaces, places of cultural and artistic expression, places of spiritual renewal, and a high quality park and recreation system sufficiently meet the needs of residents.
